These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chimps Place ("we", "our", or "the Game"). By playing Chimps Place, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or play the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 10 years old to play Chimps Place. By playing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account and Access

When playing Chimps Place, you may be required to create or use an in-game username. You are responsible for all activity under your account or device. Sharing accounts or impersonating others is prohibited.

3. Player Conduct

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, you agree not to:

- Create or display any inappropriate, obscene, or offensive drawings within the Game.

- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff.

- Use discriminatory, hateful, or obscene language.

- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized modifications (including DLL or APK modifications).

- Impersonate developers, staff, or other players.

- Engage in actions intended to disrupt gameplay for others.

Violating these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

4. Ownership and Game Content

All game content, including assets, code, and design, are owned or licensed by Chimps Place. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Purchases and Virtual Items

Some items in Chimps Place may be available for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be traded or sold outside the Game.

6. Enforcement and Penalties

We reserve the right to monitor gameplay for violations of these Terms. Penalties for violations include, but are not limited to:

- Temporary or permanent bans.

- Removal of in-game items or currency.

- Resetting player progress.

Decisions regarding enforcement are final.

7. Disclaimers

Chimps Place is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay, and we are not responsible for loss of progress, data, or purchases due to technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chimps Place and its team are not liable for any damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Game.

9. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
